How does the 120-night trial work?
You buy the mattress, we deliver and install it, and you sleep on it in your own bedroom for up to 120 nights. That's the whole arrangement. No showroom pressure, no five-minute test lying down in your shoes. Four months of real nights, through hot spells and cold snaps, on the W1.27 or the W2.15.
We built the company on tracked sleep data, so we're comfortable being judged on how you actually sleep. Most people need a few weeks to fully adjust to a new mattress; 120 nights gives you that adjustment period several times over.
How do returns actually work?
If you decide the mattress isn't right at any point in the 120 nights:
- Contact us at hello@wrightbedding.com or 800-240-5203 and tell us you'd like to return it.
- We arrange pickup from your home, at our expense. You don't box anything up or haul anything anywhere.
- You receive a full refund. Not a credit, not a refund minus fees. The full price back.
No questions asked means exactly that. You don't need to prove a defect or explain yourself. "It's not for me" is a complete answer.
What does the 15-year warranty cover?
After the trial, your mattress is covered by a 15-year warranty. The industry standard is 10 years; we go five further because we pour our own foam in Georgia and know what it can take (more on that in How Wright Mattresses Are Made).
The core promise: if your mattress sags or shows an indentation deeper than 0.5 inches, we replace it with a new mattress, free. Sagging is how mattresses actually die, slowly and in the middle, so that's what the warranty is built around.

How does delivery work?
You choose one of two free options at checkout.
Option 1: Free in-home installation. Available anywhere in the US and Canada. We bring the mattress into your bedroom, set it up on your bed, and take your old mattress away with us. This is the option most people pick, because wrestling an old queen mattress down a staircase is nobody's idea of a good Saturday.
Option 2: Free UPS express. If you'd rather handle setup yourself, we ship the mattress compressed in an 18" x 18" x 45" box, and it arrives at your door in 2 to 7 business days. Open it in the bedroom; it's much easier to move the box than the mattress.

What about pillows, comforters, and sheets?
All Wright bedding comes with its own 60-day risk-free trial. Pillows, comforters, and sheets are personal in a way specs can't capture, so you get two months to sleep on them and decide.
