Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping fees

Shipping, exchanges, and returns of all WRIGHT products are always free.  We believe in our products and try to make it as easy as possible for people to try them out.  

2. Mattress shipping options

We provide two options for mattress delivery, both free of charge:

Our base option includes full in-home installation.  Our delivery team will bring your mattress into the room where it will live, set it up on your bed, remove all packaging and debris, haul away your old mattress (if you don't want it anymore), and clean up after themselves.  After placing your order, we'll call you to arrange installation at a time that's convenient for you, typically within 4-9 days after purchase.  Customers living in more remote areas may see slightly longer shipping times.  

For customers who want their mattress sooner, we can also ship direct to your door in 2-7 business days.  The mattress will be compressed and packaged for shipping, and will arrive in a 21x21x40" box.  One person can typically handle moving and unpacking the mattress, but we recommend having at least two people if you want to move the box up or down stairs.  

3. Bedding products shipping

We ship all bedding products directly to customers via UPS.    

4. Returns & exchanges policy

All our products feature a risk-free 120-day home trial.  If you're not satisfied, for any reason, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges within this period.  Shipping and delivery both ways is on us.  

5. Shipping carriers

We partner with only the most trusted shipping carriers, and spent significant time testing teams to identify the best partners.  We use UPS for direct shipping, and partner with XPO and NVC for in-home installations.  In select cases, we work with Mattress Disposal Plus for removal of old mattresses and recycling of returns.
