Wright Bedding Video Submission Sweepstakes - 2021
Terms and Conditions:
1 - This sweepstakes is organized by Wright Sleep, Co., with offices at 219 36th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232
2 - The competition is open to residents of the United States and Canada aged 18 years or over. Employees of Wright Bedding, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization are not eligible to enter or to win.
3 - As these video submissions are intended to illustrate the experience of sleeping on Wright products, entrants must be customers of Wright Bedding, or must have had actual experience sleeping on a Wright Mattress. Any entrants who are not in our customer database may be asked to show evidence that they have slept on a Wright Mattress and are speaking truthfully about their experience
4 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6 - Eligible participants may enter the sweepstakes by emailing a video to ilovewright@wrightbedding.com by December 31st, 2021. The video must be about the entrant's experience with Wright Bedding products
7 - Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple submissions from one person will not qualify for additional chances to win prizes
8 - Closing date for entry will be December 31, 2021. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9 - No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10 - The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: all entrants who submit a video about their Wright products to ilovewright@wrightbedding.com will receive a unique discount code good for 40% off of one (1) purchase, redeemable for any products at wrightbedding.com at any point in the following 12 months. In addition, all entrants who submit a video about their Wright products to ilovewright@wrightbedding.com will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win the following prizes:
- 10 sets of Wright American Cotton Sheets, in the winner's choice of color and size
- 2 new Wright Mattresses, in the winner's choice of size and variant (i.e., either our W1.27 Memory Foam Mattress or our W2.15 Hybrid Mattress)
11 - Wright Bedding reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Wright Bedding.
12 - The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13 - Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter
14 - The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
17 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by American law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.
18 - All entrants agree to the use of his/her name and video submission in any marketing materials
19 - The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing ilovewright@wrightbedding.com
20 - Wright Bedding shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
21 - Wright Bedding also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
