How does the 120-night trial work? What's your return policy?
All mattresses feature a risk-free 120 day home trial. That means you've got four months to try it out in your home to make sure it's right for you. If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, and we'll come pick it up at our expense.

Does the mattress work with a box-spring / platform / bed slats / adjustable bases?
The Wright mattress works on any firm, flat surface. You can place it on a platform bed, on bed slats, on an adjustable base, or on any flat foundation or boxspring.

Do you offer in-home installation? Can you remove my old mattress?
We offer free in-home installation, anywhere in the US and Canada (including Alaska & Hawaii). Your mattress will arrive with a two-man delivery team who will set up your new mattress in your bedroom, clean up all packaging, and can remove one old mattress for recycling.
For faster delivery, we can also ship the mattress directly to your door by UPS, completely free of charge.
